When you contact us via e-mail or a contact form, the data you provide (e-mail address, name, telephone number) are stored to answer your request. We delete this data once it is no longer required or restrict processing if statutory retention duties apply.

§ 3 Data Collection When Visiting Our Website
When you simply browse our site, we collect only the data your browser transmits to provide a stable and secure experience (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). This includes IP address, date and time of the request, time zone difference, requested page, access status, transfer volume, referrer URL, browser, operating system, and language/version of the browser software.
We also use cookies and similar technologies (e.g., HTML5 storage objects) to deliver our services, manage sessions, and enhance usability. Transient cookies are deleted automatically when you close the browser. Persistent cookies remain until they expire or you remove them manually. You can configure your browser to block cookies; in that case some functionality may be limited.

If you use optional services (such as bookings or project logins), additional personal data may be required. We rely on carefully selected processors bound by contractual obligations. Data submitted via contact forms are used exclusively to process your inquiry and for related technical administration. We do not disclose this data to third parties. You may withdraw any consent at any time. Data is deleted when your request is resolved unless statutory retention obligations apply.
§ 7 Integration of Google Maps
We use Google Maps to display interactive maps. When you load the map, Google receives the data listed in § 3. If you are logged into a Google account, Google may associate the visit with your profile. More details are available in the Google Privacy Policy. Google also processes data in the USA under the EU-US Privacy Framework.
§ 8 Use of YouTube Plugins
Our pages integrate YouTube content. When you access a page with a YouTube plugin, a connection to Google servers is established, informing Google which page you visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, your browsing activity can be linked to your profile. Log out to prevent this. Further information can be found on youtube.com.
§ 9 YouTube Enhanced Privacy Mode
Videos are embedded using the enhanced privacy mode. Nevertheless, cookies may be set and data sent to Google DoubleClick once you start a video. We have no control over these processes. Please consult the official YouTube privacy information for details.
